These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of

The Site is operated for the band Stories Through the Storms in partnership with Orange Cat Marketing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

1.1 You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

1.2 You agree not to:

2. Eligibility

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability

3.1 We sell band merchandise such as apparel and related items. Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

3.2 We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect actual colors.

3.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and Payments

4.2 All prices are listed in the currency shown on the Site and do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless stated.

4.4 We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. If your order is canceled after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled items.

5.2 Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or misdelivery caused by carriers or incorrect information provided by you.

5.3 International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are your responsibility.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

8.1 If you submit any content (such as reviews, comments, photos, or messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display that content in connection with our Site and band promotion.

8.2 You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share it and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stories Through the Storms, Orange Cat Marketing, their owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any:

even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any case, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or your purchases shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the product(s) or service(s) giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of certain damages or the exclusion of implied warranties. In those jurisdictions, some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you, and our liability shall be limited to the minimum amount allowed by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stories Through the Storms, Orange Cat Marketing, and their owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

13.2 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site.
