Refund Return & Exchange Policy Policy

We want you to love the gear you get from us. If something isn’t right, we’ve got your back. Please read through our return and exchange guidelines below:

 Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (no wear, no damage, no weird smells).

  • To start a return, contact us at Storiesthroughstorms@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

 

Apparel & Wearables

  • Wrong size? No problem — we’ll exchange it as long as the item is still in stock.

  • If your size isn’t available, we can offer store credit or a refund.

 

Limited-Edition / Signed Items

  • These items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective, due to their limited nature.

 

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If we made a mistake — we’ll cover everything.

 

 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or otherwise cursed by the mail demons, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace it ASAP.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items (marked final sale)
